Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the appliance in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
